Mint Financial Services Add Cheshire Mortgage Corporation

Mint has teamed up with Cheshire Mortgage Corporation to offer the firm’s comprehensive range of regulated mortgage products to its members.

Cheshire Mortgage Corporation is the residential mortgage lending division of Blemain Group, providing a range of regulated mortgage contracts including a 100% shared ownership product. They will consider many statuses of client, from those with a perfect credit rating to those who may have had credit difficulties in the past, and they already have relationships with several of the packagers used by Mint members.

Mint Financial Services has over 300 IFAs, and is part of the Intrinsic Financial Services Group, with the financial backing of some of the leading names in the financial services industry.

Commenting on the partnership between the two organisations Gary Bailey, Director of Cheshire Mortgage Corporation said:

“We are delighted that Mint IFAs will have access to our range of residential mortgage products. Cheshire Mortgage Corporation maintains a strong appetite for new business and we are confident that our criteria will prove to be of great benefit to the members of these networks, providing them with a genuine alternative to mainstream lenders.”
