Blemain Group Added to 30 PanelsBlemain Group has announced that during the past 12 months its companies have been added to no less than 30 different network's lending panels. The firm says it has developed strong strategic partnerships with numerous packagers and networks that are keen to help their members take advantage of company's broad range of products and continued willingness to lend across the entire range of client status, from prime through to heavy adverse. Unlike many lenders that still operate in the intermediary sector, the Blemain Group of lending companies still has substantial funds to lend, meaning that its introducers and brokers have not had to have lending quotas or restrictions placed on their business volumes. Blemain Group consists of three different companies (Blemain Finance, Cheshire Mortgage Corporation and Lancashire Mortgage Corporation) whose lending activities cover the entire spectrum of 1st and 2nd charge lending for residential, commercial or semi-commercial purposes. Each company also offers bridging finance for its respective sector and several niches such as shared ownership and buy to let are also catered for. Gary Bailey, Director at Blemain Group said: "We have always been focused on developing our distribution network and providing the right products for a changing market. Despite the difficult conditions our team has continued to work hard, forging business partnerships. As a result we are now working with the largest networks in the industry, allowing greater numbers of brokers to access our products and helping to increase the level of support that we can offer to intermediaries during this challenging period. Additionally, we are always exploring new ways to work with our partners and maximise the benefits of a relationship for both parties. "We are unique in the market, both for the range of products we offer and for the fact that we still cater for almost any status of client, from prime through to heavy adverse. It is easy to see why our companies have become such a popular panel addition during the past year, but we still have extra funds to lend and are always pleased to discuss new partnerships with any networks or packagers that want to increase the opportunities for their members and introducers to complete more business." << Back to News
