IMPORTANT: Product Announcement from Blemain Group

Blemain Group has launched new plans across all lending companies as of 6th April 2009.

These new plans now reflect our position in the market as the only non-mainstream lender covering the whole spectrum of prime, light adverse and heavy adverse for residential, semi-commercial and commercial cases. All plan changes are detailed in the Latest Updates information on Broker Disc and Broker Venue. Key changes are summarised below:

Blemain Finance:

New Unlimited Adverse Plan We have managed to secure more substantial

funding to re-introduce the Blemain Finance Unlimited Adverse Plan.

Residential Secured Loan Plans revised

Buy to Let & Semi-commercial Plans revised

Rates revised

Packager Allowance increased

Ground rent & maintenance charges - new requirements

Cheshire Mortgage Corporation:

Buy to Let & Semi-commercial - Plans & Rates revised

Packager Allowance increased

Property Type at 55% LTV revised

Ground rent & maintenance charges - new requirements

Lancashire Mortgage Corporation:

Maximum LTV increased

Blemain Finance, Cheshire Mortgage Corporation, Lancashire Mortgage Corporation:

Demerit Points Matrix revised

Bridging Finance rates reduced

These revisions will help to ensure continued liquidity and assist you with more defined criteria, helping to minimise referrals and the number of cases that need to be reviewed by the Credit Committee.

Key Dates:

Blemain Finance and Lancashire Mortgage Corporation

17th April 2009 - Last submission date for cases issued before 19th March 2009.

20th April 2009 - Last day of funding for cases issued before 19th March 2009. Beyond this date cases for completion must adhere to the new criteria launched on 19th March 2009.

6th May 2009 - Last submission date for cases issued after 19th March but before 6th April 2009.

8th May 2009 - Last day of funding for cases issued after 19th March but before 6th April 2009.

Cheshire Mortgage Corporation

6th May 2009 - Last submission date for cases sold and issued before 6th April 2009.

17th June 2009 - Last day of funding for cases sold and issued before the 6th April 2009. Any completions on or after 17th June 2009 must adhere to the new criteria launched 6th April 2009.

IMPORTANT: The new plans will be added to Broker Venue and Broker Disc immediately but will not be reflected on the Quick Quote Calculator or the Product Wizard. We will inform you when these have been updated. In the meantime it is necessary to override the relevant interest rate field and apply the new rates, detailed in the plans, in order to issue documents.
