Micro Mortgages are small mortgages for amounts
£10,000 - £30,000
They are ideal for clients who want to:
- Raise a loan from £10,000 secured on their unencumbered property
This may be particularly applicable to the elderly who have paid off their mortgage,
but are seeing a low return on their savings or pensions and require some further
funds.
- Buy out shares of inherited property
- Clients who have jointly inherited property may want to buy out the other
inheritor’s share of equity
- Clients who have inherited a property and want to buy out an equity release
arrangement
Micro Mortgages can be taken from 7 to 30 years.
Interest Only option available for the full term (30 years)
Many income sources are accepted including employed and private pensions.
CCJs and arrears are considered.
